Price list for an apartment for up to 4 persons in the holiday house Lahinja & Kolpa River Apartments 2022/2023. Prices quoted are for accommodation for 4 persons.

Price includes:
- accommodation for 4 persons (for 3 persons price is 10 EUR / night lower, for 2 or 1 person price is 20 EUR / night lower)
- bed sheet and towels
- energy consumption costs
- taxes
- WiFi
- a welcome gift
- use of heated swimming pool*
- use of hot tub – JAKUZZI
- use of sun loungers
- use of grill
- use of bicycles
- use of canoes
- use of Table Tennis
- use of Table Soccer
- private parking

ADDITIONAL:
- final cleaning is charged additionally; 15 euros
- the Finnish sauna is optional (for extra charge)
- pets are possible upon prior notice and are charged 15 € per stay

Smoking is not permitted in the house.
However, smoking is permitted outside the house.

Check-in: from 15:00 to 20:00
Check-out: from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m

Payment and cancellation conditions:
- Advance payment of 30% is compulsory. Advance payment may be done by bank transfer.
- If cancellation is received 30 days or more before the arrival date, advance payment will be refunded in full.
- For cancellation from 29 to 8 days before the arrival date, 50% of the accommodation price is charged.
- For cancellation 7 days or less before the arrival date, 100% of the total accommodation price will be charged.

* Use of the heated swimming pool is possible from 1 April and 31 October.
